Services described

This site describes informational offers for application analytics engagements focused on app delivery pipelines—including pipeline signal maps, deploy-to-adoption traces, release gate reviews, and delivery office hours. Listing a price does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and invoice.

No payment processing

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Any payment arrangements are handled offline according to the invoice issued for an agreed engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of Auto App Dev unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer or license as described in that engagement’s scope note.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competitive reuse, or misrepresent your affiliation when requesting services.

Disclaimer

Application analytics work improves measurement quality and decision clarity for delivery pipelines. We do not guarantee business outcomes, ship-speed increases, adoption lifts, or specific chart results. Insights depend on the completeness of data you provide and decisions your team makes afterward.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto App Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
